The Role:We are seeking a skilled Health Representative to join our Oncology team in Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our innovative medicines to customers and making a real difference in the lives of patients.
What You Will Achieve:- Work closely with our Health Care Professionals to address the unique needs of patients and bridge the gap between Pfizer and the medical community.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging your customer, market, and business acumen to drive sales and business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product and disease state knowledge, and effectively communicate this to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver on Pfizer business objectives.
- Tertiary qualification in Health, Science, or Business with a healthcare background.
- Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical experience, with oncology experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong territory management skills, outstanding communications skills, and demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability.
- Adherence to relevant Policies and Procedures, Compliance requirements, and the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
- Demonstrated completion of the Medicines Australia training program.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Strong knowledge of the disease state/therapeutic areas and products.
- Deep knowledge of applicable customers.
- Strategic account management skills.
- Superior relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated track record of assessing account needs and bringing relevant information and resources to drive performance.
