Job Summary
">- This is a challenging role that involves overseeing the maintenance of mobile equipment and ensuring the overall performance of our mining fleets.
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance of our mobile equipment, ensuring safety, availability, and cost targets are met.
">About the Role:
">- To oversee the maintenance of mobile equipment, including scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on maintenance activities.
- To ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- To monitor and address KPI variances, labour overruns, and review contract claims promptly.
- To manage relationships with contractors, including quarterly reviews and invoice approval.
- To identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Supervisor in the mining industry or similar.
- Trade qualified with AUR30999 Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Open Pit mining equipment maintenance, heavy mobile and light vehicle fleets.
- Current, unrestricted Western Australian Class
