About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Medical Liaison Officer to join our team at the RACGP, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with regional and local teams, the Practice Manager Liaison Officer and the Supervisor Liaison Officer as well as with management to carry out GP training.

  • Advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP registrars participating in the RACGP training programs.
  • Support medical education: module curation, updates, and additions. Answer questions from members, staff, participants, and training organisations relating to the educational materials. Revise and update any guides, training material relevant to the learning units. Participate in the updating and evaluation of learning resources.
  • Provide day-to-day support relating to any medical education aspects of the program.
  • Work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional who possesses strong communication and advocacy skills, with a passion for assisting registrars and GP training. Your good working knowledge of requirements for the AGPT program will be beneficial in this role.
