Training and Education Coordinator for General Practice

About this RoleAs our Registrar Liaison Officer, you will work closely with regional teams, practice managers, and supervisors to ensure the success of our GP training programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Advocating for registrars participating in our training programs
- Supporting medical education, including module curation and updates
- Providing guidance on medical education aspects of the program
This role requires excellent communication and advocacy skills, as well as experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training development.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in the general practice environment
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Passion for assisting registrars and GP training
- Good working knowledge of requirements for the AGPT program
