About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in preparing, analysing, and distributing operations data and reports to the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and distribute operations dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, providing accurate and timely reports on operations performance.
  2. Track financial performance vs forecast and budget, identifying and explaining main deviations.
  3. Provide business partnering and financial support to operations teams, focusing on labour efficiency, yield, and production costs performance.
  4. Collaborate with IT specialists to automate operations dashboards and reports.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Hold a widely recognised Professional Accounting qualification, such as CPA or CA.
  • Have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, with experience in migrating reporting into business intelligence platforms.
  • Exceptional Excel skills, with strong data modelling and financial modelling abilities.
  • Manufacturing industry experience or operational environment experience is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and proactive demeanour.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under multiple deadlines and pressure.
