Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves making a difference? If you have maintenance skills and enjoy variety in your day, this could be a great fit. You'll have the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays. This is a full-time role, however we're open to part-time for the right person. On a daily basis you will:

• Maintain facilities and grounds to the highest standard, always looking for ways to exceed guest expectations
• Complete daily maintenance and grounds checklists
• Follow direction from the Park Manager

What you'll do:

• Ensure premium presentation and maintenance of our grounds.
• Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities and other facilities.
• Assist with building projects, repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs, painting, basic plumbing or replacing hardware.
• Servicing pool, repairs and maintenance as required
• Maintain grounds and gardens
• Liaise with other departments to ensure the efficient completion of maintenance tasks​

What you will bring:

• Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work. Trade qualification would be a bonus but not necessary - we are looking for a genuine all-rounder.
• Previous experience with ride on & push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping and weed control would be ideal
• Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.
• Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history.
• Be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and possess a high level of physical fitness.

Please note, this is a physically demanding role.
