About the Role:
  • Lead hydraulic services design on complex building projects, contributing to the delivery of coordinated, sustainable solutions.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, builders, and consultants to deliver efficient and code-compliant systems across water, drainage, gas, and stormwater.
  • Drive technical quality, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to project delivery across various sectors.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in hydraulic services design within the building services sector, with a proven ability to lead medium-to-large scale projects.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC/BCA, WSUD principles, and authority requirements.
  • Confident delivering projects independently, while coordinating with other services such as electrical, mechanical, and fire protection.
  • Strong portfolio of work across sectors like commercial, healthcare, education, and residential.
  • Passionate about sustainability and experienced in integrating water-saving initiatives and green building practices into designs.
  • Clear communication, practical problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and registered (or eligible for registration) as a professional engineer in VIC.
