Job Role:

Leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive organisational performance and improvement.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements process improvements, change management strategies, and coaching plans to achieve measurable results.
  • Works closely with relevant teams to ensure project objectives are met on time, within budget, and in accordance with organisational goals.
  • Liaises with project stakeholders to provide recommendations, advice, and ensures adherence to project plans.

Requirements for Success

  • A tertiary qualification at degree level or above in a relevant field is required, along with substantial experience in managing complex improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with recognised clinical redesign methodologies and change management concepts.
  • Experience in managing projects through the full project life cycle.
