Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Analyst to join our Consumer & Business Marketing Analytics team at the Westpac Group.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our business. As a Digital Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, analysing, and manipulating complex data using SQL and Adobe Clickstream to optimise customer communications and digital experiences.

You will also develop a deep understanding of our databases and data structures to drive data-driven insights and decisions. Your role will involve presenting clear and actionable insights to key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and optimisation.

Key Accountabilities
  • Data Analysis: Extract, analyse, and manipulate complex data using SQL and Adobe Clickstream to optimise customer communications and digital experiences.
  • Data Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our databases and data structures to drive data-driven insights and decisions.
  • Insight Presentation: Present clear and actionable insights to key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative data-driven solutions.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation and challenge the status quo by leveraging data and analytics to create optimal customer experiences.
