Marketing Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in connecting our holiday parks with the marketing team.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and friendly team that values open communication and mutual support.

The successful candidate will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential, along with a proactive, hands-on approach to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships between park managers and the marketing team through clear communication.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new accommodation products and managing merchandise, signage, and stock levels.
  • Coordinating signage, photography, and design requests with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Supporting marketing operations including website updates, collateral distribution, and content management across portals and intranet.
  • Providing administrative support across the team including inbox management, event coordination, invoicing, and gift card enquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, with a genuine interest in supporting both park teams and guests.

Experience in tourism and marketing is welcomed, but not essential.
