Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment is essential to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a housekeeping attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout our holiday park.

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team on a casual basis, with opportunities for additional hours during peak periods.

The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a strong eye for detail, and be well-organised.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning rooms and other work areas to meet health and guest standards
  • Transporting linen, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies to designated areas
  • Emptying bins and transporting waste to appropriate locations
  • Ensuring all appliances are clean and in working order
  • Removing expired food from refrigerators
  • Replenishing supplies in rooms and other areas
  • Disinfecting equipment and supplies
  • Observing precautions to protect the site and guest/resident property, reporting damage, theft, and found articles to management
  • Maintaining storage areas in a clean and tidy condition

About You:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well-organised and a strong eye for detail
