Site Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Site Manager to lead and grow our Regional Service Team.

The Role

This pivotal role involves managing daily site and business operations, ensuring site safety, maintaining equipment, responding to breakdowns, staff scheduling, customer interaction, and reporting as per contractual obligations.

You will be a key part of the site management team, fostering strong customer relationships within the organization and with external clients.

  • Build and foster genuine relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor, support, and coordinate a team of service personnel to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and report on product performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement processes to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness

This is an opportunity to leverage your mechanical/electrical trade and/or engineering qualifications and underground coal mining experience on continuous miners, shuttle cars, and related equipment to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Mechanical/Electrical trade and/or engineering qualifications
  • Underground coal mining experience on continuous miners, shuttle cars, and related equipment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
