The Position

This is a unique opportunity for an insurance professional to develop their career in broking support and client servicing. As a Support Broker, you will work closely with Account Managers, assisting with policy administration, renewals, claims processing, and client inquiries.

Duties
  • Policy Administration: Manage commercial and personal insurance portfolios efficiently, ensuring timely renewal and claims processing.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries professionally and promptly, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Liaison: Liaise with insurers and clients to ensure smooth policy servicing, resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Broking Systems: Maintain accurate records and update broking systems and CRM software, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or administration.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and policy processing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and client service skills.
  • Proficiency in broking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Tier 1 Qualification in Insurance Broking (or willingness to obtain).
