About This Role:
We are seeking an exceptional State Operations Manager to drive excellence in restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding a high-performing culture, leading a team of managers, and driving operational excellence through progressive improvement plans.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of managers.
- Drive operational excellence across 20 restaurants in NSW and QLD.
- Embed a compliance-led culture through safety, mystery shopping, and food safety audit results.
- Take ownership of store growth in the region and play a key role in new store development projects.
- Meet EBITDA targets and financial KPIs across the portfolio of restaurants.
- Solve escalated issues and support Franchise Partners, Business Development Managers, and Support Office staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in business.
- Experience as a State Operations Manager in the hospitality industry, ideally in a company-owned and franchising environment.
- Demonstrable experience improving profitability and overall results through leadership and coaching.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations in Australia.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Customer-first focus in every business decision.
