We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or Counselling, and be eligible for registration with APHRA or membership with ACA/PACFA.
The role involves conducting assessments of candidates with disabilities and barriers to employment, offering counselling interventions using various psychological methodologies, and referring candidates to external support services to address barriers.
Key duties include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of candidates
- Providing effective counselling interventions
- Coordinating with medical professionals and community agencies
Qualifications and experience required:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or Counselling
- Eligibility for registration with APHRA or membership with ACA/PACFA
- Experience in employment services is highly regarded but not essential
