Job Title: Compliance Officer - Regulatory Services

">The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out regulatory functions in compliance with legislation and council policies. This includes enforcing laws, regulations, and guidelines related to environmental protection and public health.
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of relevant regulatory legislation and experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to apply Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO), Work Health & Safety (WHS) and ethical practice principles.
">Additionally, you will need to possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement. You will also need to be able to maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

">Key Responsibilities:

">Requirements:
">• Relevant Council regulatory training such as Certificate IV in Local Government (Regulatory Services) or alternative relevant industry experience.
">• Demonstrated ability to apply EEO, WHS and ethical practice principles.
">• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
">• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
">• Strong customer service skills.
