Room Leader Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for our children.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong understanding of child development principles. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators, planning and implementing educational programs, and promoting a culture of excellence within the centre.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Plan and implement engaging and challenging learning activities for children
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and families to promote a culture of partnership
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality across the centre

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
