About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Trade Facilitation Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate trade facilitation activities, including bookings, space checks, and equipment checks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals for DG cargo and out-of-gauge shipments.
  • Handle export customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in the container shipping industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Confident learning new computer systems and internal procedures.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
