PATH4 Group, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager to join its Corporate Development Team in Sydney.

This rare opportunity requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing high-profile customers and developing effective supply chain solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate clients to drive growth and retention.
  • Responding to complex RFI, RFQ, and Tender requests from corporate customers.
  • Cooordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve escalations.
  • Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure client satisfaction and develop tailored solutions.
  • Designing pricing strategies to sustain profitable growth and exceed target budgets.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop innovative supply chain management solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Creating sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Presenting standardized products and negotiating complex supply chain solutions with customers.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
