We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapy and Social Work graduates to join our multidisciplinary team.
This rotational program offers a dynamic learning environment where you will work alongside experienced professionals, including the lived experience workforce and external agencies. You will have access to extensive professional development opportunities, including targeted internal formal learning and development programs, individual and group supervision, and personalized learning plans designed to meet the competencies required for an OT/SW to work in the mental health and wellbeing system.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise as an Occupational Therapist or Social Worker in mental health and wellbeing. You will be responsible for working with clients and patients to provide high-quality care and support, while also contributing to the development of our teams and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of client-centered interventions;
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for clients and patients;
- To contribute to the development of our teams and services through participation in quality improvement initiatives and education programs.
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Social Work;
- Completion of a graduate program in Occupational Therapy or Social Work;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- An understanding of mental health and wellbeing principles and practices;
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
