About the Role

The Program Advisor role in the Kindergarten Infrastructure Delivery Branch provides support for a range of program services to the VSBA, including business-related functions covering human resources, reporting, and support for Divisional activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure data integrity in business reporting and analysis
  • Support for learning and development and staff induction processes
  • Support for planning, recruitment, performance development processes, audit and review processes including people and culture
Stakeholder Engagement

The role includes a high degree of stakeholder engagement with the VSBA Executive Team, Business Unit Managers, and Divisions across the Department.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
