At a leading digital forensics and incident response firm, you will be part of a high-performing team tasked with investigating and responding to cybersecurity incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading complex incident engagements: Coordinating the cyber incident response for clients, including containment, monitoring, and forensic data collection efforts.
  • Collecting and analyzing evidence and providing detailed written reports to stakeholders.
  • Investigating multiple and competing complex incidents simultaneously.
  • Monitoring client environments using advanced security platforms.
  • Peer reviewing reports written by other analysts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in incident response or digital forensics.
  • Strong passion for information systems and cyber security.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary education in cyber security or information technology.

Competencies / Qualifications:

  • Expertise in analyzing artifacts from Microsoft Windows-based workstations and servers.
  • Experience with commercial digital forensics tools.
  • Understanding of cloud environments; extracting and analyzing logs from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
