Key Account Manager - Risk & Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts across Australia.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or GRC solution sales (B2B, enterprise focus strongly preferred). They will be able to grow revenue within existing accounts (upselling or cross-sell) and have experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; comfortable with territory/account planning and forecasting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage and expand a portfolio of existing accounts.
  • Experience in SaaS sales, account management, or GRC solution sales.
  • Knowledge of risk management, regulatory compliance, or third-party governance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage executive stakeholders.
