Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Counselling Educator to join our team at Torrens University Australia. As a Counselling Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our Counselling Education team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure students receive the best possible learning experience and achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver high-quality educational content to students, including teaching and assessment materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide exceptional student support and guidance to help students succeed in their studies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in counselling and education.

Requirements:

  • Qualified in a relevant field with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification.
  • Proven experience in educational counselling and teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and pedagogical practices.
