Job Overview

At our boutique hotel, you'll be part of a small team dedicated to creating lasting memories and exceptional guest experiences. No day will be the same, but each day you'll strive to:

Provide exceptional guest services at all touchpoints, from check-in to check-out and during their stay.

Resolve complaints and problems creatively, always looking for ways to improve.

Be a true host and local connection for our guests, sharing your knowledge of the area and recommending hidden gems.

Respond to emergencies safely and professionally.

Identify opportunities to increase returning and new guests, working closely with the Hotel Manager.

Support the Hotel Manager to ensure we operate to the highest standards.
