Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Location: Eveleigh, New South Wales, Australia

About the Role

This is a senior role responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our premium mixed-use asset in Eveleigh. You will be accountable for ensuring assets are maintained in good repair, operated cost-effectively, and serviced in accordance with statutory requirements. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance and operational budgets, delivering high safety and customer service standards, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will also be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, respond to after-hours calls as needed, and physically inspect plant and equipment to ensure operational readiness. Additionally, you will participate in regular healthchecks with the Divisional Manager and onsite Senior Facility Manager to identify areas for improvement.

Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager, you will be part of a collaborative team working together to deliver exceptional results.
