We are a family-owned business based in Columbus, OH. Our company culture emphasizes respect for all employees and fosters growth opportunities. We are seeking individuals who share our values to join our team as Team Drivers. As owner operators, they will earn an average of $7,975 per week + FSC, with an average of 5,500 miles per week. Additionally, they will be entitled to fuel discounts at Love's and on-site fuel and Discounts pass-through. Profit-sharing programs will be available for fleet owners with 2+ trucks. Safety incentives will be provided, and 100% fuel surcharge and accessorial charges will be applied.

About the Role The ideal candidate must be at least 23 years old with a valid CDL A. They should have 2 years of experience and own their own truck. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is also required. Furthermore, the candidate should not have more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents, nor more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months. No failed drug or alcohol tests are acceptable.
