We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our growing team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to clients in their homes.

This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care that respects the dignity and autonomy of each individual. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, providing tailored support and assistance with daily activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. You will also need to possess a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Home and Community Care or Aged Care, or have equivalent experience working in a similar setting.
