Part time and casual positions are available.
Salary sacrificing is also available. This means you can novate a care or enjoy other tax savings.

**Essential criteria**:

- Minimun Certificate III in Aged Care (Australian qualifications)
- Valid National Police Check
- COVID-19 vaccination (including booster)
- Positive and professional work ethic with a commitment to high quality care
- Exceptional resident focus and customer service skills
- Compassionate and empathetic person
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Sound computer skills
- Must be living in Australia (the position is in Wantirna South Vic)

It would also be wonderful if you have training in Montessori, Eden Environment or the Butterfly Method.
