About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in relation to the delivery of the Athlete Management System (AMS).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data quality and analysis, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be on implementing methods aimed at improving data capture and analysis, assisting in support-related tickets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

  • Develop knowledge and expertise in Smartabase as a technical expert and trusted advisor to the network.
  • Provide comprehensive support to sports, institutes, coaches, practitioners, and athletes.
  • Liaise with performance professionals to develop, evaluate, and improve data capture and analysis methods for AMS.
  • Liaise with end users of the data to ensure reliable support for athletes, coaches, scientists/clinicians, and management.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in sports management, sport science, information management, information technology, or business administration.
  • Experience in high-performance sport or other high-performance areas.
  • Detailed knowledge and technical expertise of Smartabase.
  • Detailed knowledge of AMS administration structure.
  • Technology support, implementation, and system management experience.
  • Collaborative skills: work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Communications skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and customer support duties.
