Business Assurance and Advisory Services Director

We are seeking a seasoned Business Assurance and Advisory Services professional to lead the execution of assurance and advisory services around risk assessment, controls evaluation, and compliance initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering business process / IT assurance / audit engagements, including evaluating and designing controls in support of external and internal audits as well as program assurance engagements.
About the Role:- Leading teams to deliver business assurance and advisory services, including evaluating and designing controls in support of external and internal audits as well as program assurance engagements.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of reports for clients and other stakeholders.
- Nurturing client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and develop recommendations to mitigate current and emerging risks.
- Controls Evaluation and Design: Evaluate and design controls to support external and internal audits as well as program assurance engagements.
- Team Leadership: Lead teams to deliver business process / IT assurance / audit engagements.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables, and outcomes.
- A strong understanding of business assurance and advisory services principles.
- Experience in providing assurance or advisory services over risk and controls (business process and/or IT general controls), program and project risk management services, regulatory compliance, and controls transformation.
- Practical and solution-oriented approach to assess new technology and evaluate and advise on impact, risk, and remediation.
- High-level communication and engagement skills, including exceptional report writing abilities.
