Business Assurance and Advisory Services Risk Manager

This position is part of a Business Assurance and Advisory Services team, where you will lead the execution of risk assessments, controls evaluations, and compliance initiatives.
- Leading teams to deliver business process/IT assurance/audit engagements, including evaluating and designing controls in support of external and internal audits as well as program assurance engagements
- Assisting in the preparation and review of reports for clients and other stakeholders
- Nurturing client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables, and outcomes
- Developing skills in emerging technology risk areas, such as AI, Blockchain, and Cyber Security
- Partnering with internal and external teams to address compliance, financial, and operational risk, and assessing current state internal controls and frameworks to mitigate current and emerging risks
- A strong background in project management risks, risks and controls, business process, and IT general controls
- Deep understanding of SOX and other relevant compliance frameworks
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
- Leadership capability with the motivation to develop others, build high-performing teams, and effectively delegate with appropriate levels of support
- Excellent project management skills, including ability to lead fieldwork
