The Opportunity

As a Mobile Claims Specialist, you will make a positive impact on someone's life every day by providing customer service skills and supporting injured workers in their recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Create and drive Return to Work plans while liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Adopt a service-oriented approach focused on early intervention to coach and educate employers around the health benefits of returning to work.
  • Conduct purposeful community-based visits to worksites or medical clinics to deliver face-to-face assistance to workers and employers.
About You
  • You are passionate and committed, with excellent communication skills to provide high-quality service in a face-to-face setting.
  • You have demonstrated ability to build trust and work closely with customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • You possess excellent customer service skills, including influencing and negotiating outcomes.
