Content Manager Role

  • Manage and publish content on the company website
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to review and update web content
  • Ensure content aligns with business needs, user experience and SEO best practice, and accessibility standards

To achieve this, you will use analytics and accessibility tools to understand user behavior and improve content, provide guidance to staff on writing for the web and using templates and style guides, respond to website feedback and manage content-related requests, and provide design advice and produce accessible online materials in line with our standards.

Requirements

  • A background in web design and digital communications, with experience managing content across digital platforms
  • Advanced skills in web content management systems and content optimisation
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Understanding of user experience design, WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards, and SEO
