Your role will involve collaborating with a highly experienced and dedicated Healthcare Team within a national Real Estate, Transactions and Delivery practice based in Melbourne, Australia.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead on major Healthcare valuations and transactions, providing financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a variety of projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets
  • Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sector
  • Provide market research and trend analysis, contributing to thought leadership papers, and collaborate on new and innovative Healthcare practices
  • Support the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients, utilising real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to our clients

For success in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or as an Assistant Valuer, preferably with professional accreditation as a CPV of the API or MRICS
  • A general understanding of the Health and Aged Care sectors, with excellent client-facing skills, report writing, and presentation abilities
