The OpportunityLead clinical trials and data generation activities as a Senior Site Manager. With a strong track record of developing innovative medicines, our team is committed to excellence.
Manage and coordinate phase I-IV trials, focusing on Oncology/Haematology. Your responsibilities will include site management from pre-trial assessments through to database locks and close-out activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to support project success at assigned trial sites.
- Liaise and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and improvement.
This role requires a collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and customer focus.
Key attributes for this position include collaboration, learning agility, resilience, change management, and an agile approach.
Other requirements include a BA or BS degree in Science, Nursing, or Life Sciences, 3+ years of clinical trial monitoring experience, and proficiency in using IT software applications and company systems.
