Risk and Compliance Expertise Sought

We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk and Compliance professional to play a pivotal role in strengthening our risk and compliance culture.

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of Risk and Compliance Frameworks
  • Manage and improve Governance, Risk and Compliance systems
  • Coordinate regulatory audits and reporting
  • Provide assurance through control monitoring, incident management, and compliance reporting
  • Advise on regulatory change and coordinate compliance training
  • Support investor due diligence and engagement with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders

Key requirements:

  • Relevant industry qualifications
  • Experience in risk, compliance, or governance roles, preferably within financial services or real estate/property
  • Strong understanding of risk management, resilience, and internal control frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and train others
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and responding to high-tempo environments with resilience
  • Technical knowledge of GRC systems desirable
