Job Title: Dining Experience Specialist

As a Dining Experience Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing them with exceptional care and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with basic food preparation, providing meals and snacks to our residents, clearing dining areas, and performing dishwashing duties.

Maintaining legislated food hygiene and safety practices is crucial for this role, as well as providing ad hoc support to the broader team as required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week, and a willingness to learn and grow in their role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation.
  • Provide meals and snacks to residents.
  • Clear dining areas and perform dishwashing duties.

Requirements:
  • Cert III Hospitality or equivalent experience highly regarded.
  • Aged care experience desirable but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts required.
