About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our elite team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our top-ranked real estate agent, ensuring a premium service to clients and contributing to the success of our high-performing agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-manage the Director's diary and attend photoshoots, marketing appointments, and other ad-hoc meetings
  • Assist with styling, marketing, and preparing auction packs and open home packs
  • Liaise with vendors and buyers, and ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
  • Support the sales team with campaign management and data entry
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Strong ability to work proactively and independently
  • Previous real estate experience and stability with glowing references
