About the Role

The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to a leading Selling Agent at a multi-award-winning Eastern Suburbs Real Estate agency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Agent's inbox, diary, and phone redirection
  • Attend photoshoots and out-of-office appointments
  • Build relationships with clients, external parties, and internal teams
  • Prepare listing presentations, reports, and other relevant paperwork
  • Curate content for social media channels and newsletters
  • Manage the exchange to settlement period, including submitting invoices
  • Oversee and update the client database
  • Co-ordinate daily and weekly team meetings

Requirements

  • Strong experience working in a similar role in Real Estate
  • Extensive administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high attention to detail
  • Flawless communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Collaborative and forward-thinking mindset with a strong eye for detail
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to use your initiative
  • A current Real Estate Certificate and a clean driver's license
