Auditor of Revenue and Billing Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auditor of Revenue and Billing Operations to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to bring your finance or medical billing experience into a purpose-driven role where your skills make a real impact.

  • Review and update pathology request forms to ensure compliance with Medicare, Ministry of Health, and Commonwealth Policies
  • Verify that all required information is accurately captured and aligns with billing standards
  • Maximise revenue by identifying and addressing any discrepancies
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and auditing pathology request forms to ensure they meet Medicare and Ministry of Health billing standards, ensuring revenue integrity across our network.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of billing compliance, experience with relevant software systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong high-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment
  • Effective organisational and prioritisation skills to consistently meet deadlines
  • Adaptability to changes in workplace procedures while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
