The Role:

As a Hotel Gaming Attendant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting a warm welcome and engaging conversation for customers
  • Serving a diverse range of beverages to a high standard
  • Maintaining a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for all patrons
  • Ensuring the venue is clean and inviting for all visitors
  • Taking customer orders & maximizing sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling
  • Promptly addressing any concerns or special requests from customers

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a bar and gaming venue
  • Proven capability to maintain, monitor, and operate gaming machines
  • Certification and experience in responsible service of gaming, and alcohol
  • Knowledge and skills in bartending, making a wide variety of drinks and cocktails
  • Attention to detail, taking orders efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, and emotional intelligence
