SACARE is a South Australian-owned and operated organisation providing in-home and supported accommodation care solutions to a diverse range of participants.
We are seeking Support Workers with the relevant skills, qualifications and experience to provide individualised care to participants within a home care setting.
As a Support Worker, you will empower participants to achieve their goals and support them and their individual care needs in areas such as wellbeing, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care needs and daily activities.
Your role will involve working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality care that prioritises the dignity and well-being of our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You will need:
- A current NDIS Workers Check
- A current DHS Working With Children Check
- A current First Aid Certificate with up-to-date CPR
- A current Manual Handling Certificate
- An unrestricted Driver's License
- A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or similar
- Basic Continence Aid Training (completed face to face within an RTO)
- Assistance with Medication Training (completed face to face within an RTO)
