Employee Relations Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations professional to partner with our business units and provide expert ER services.

  • Collaborate with Northern Operations teams to deliver Employee Relations solutions.
  • Support site HR teams in Employee Relations matters, including performance management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Foster knowledge sharing among site HR teams on Employee Relations best practices.
  • Provide Employee Relations guidance to the Northern team office across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for site-based HR teams on Employee Relations matters.
  • Implement strategic HR initiatives that align with Group and Northern objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and review of northern HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Assist with talent and succession planning activities.
  • Lead complex workplace investigations and performance management processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance working practices and implement improvements.
  • Develop and coach HR and site leadership teams on Employee Relations expertise.
  • Offer advice and support for employee engagement initiatives.

About You:

  • You hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • You have previous experience in similar Employee Relations or HR Business Partner roles.
  • A background in FMCG is an asset.
  • You possess exceptional communication skills and can manage varied demands effectively.
  • You excel in autonomous and team-oriented environments.
  • You are proactive, results-driven, and focused on continuous improvement.
  • You have attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
