Inventory Planning Specialist">

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planning Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely supply of Spare Parts Kits to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and expediting purchase orders
  • Responding to enquiries and liaising with suppliers
  • Managing order tracking and customer expectations
  • Communicating dispatch dates and logistics requirements to meet customer timing requirements
  • Reviewing all outstanding orders to coordinate and control timely delivery
  • Managing stock levels in collaboration with the Supply Team

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in inventory management or purchasing

- High-level attention to detail and data entry accuracy

- Strong Excel skills, with Microsoft Dynamics AX experience desirable

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

- Solution-oriented approach with a positive attitude to deliver results on time
