About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our team in delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Healthcare Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of clinical care and providing support to your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Leadership experience in clinical care, preferably in aged care
- Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ACFI
- A real desire to make a difference in people's lives and provide compassionate care
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
