Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team in rural and remote communities. As a key member of our multidisciplinary service, you will be responsible for leading and innovating in the delivery of high-quality Occupational Therapy services.

About the Role

  • Lead and innovate in rural and remote communities to develop and deliver quality Occupational Therapy services.
  • Combine clinical and leadership expertise to tailor services to unique community needs.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary service environment, upholding professional standards and providing complex clinical and consultancy services.
  • Offer essential clinical support and profession-specific supervision to less experienced Occupational Therapists.
  • Mentor and supervise staff and students, shaping the future of the profession within the region.
  • Contribute to the Occupational Therapy Network, promoting research and evaluation initiatives that drive improvements in clinical practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of innovation and service improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
