The role of Business Support Officer is to provide high-quality administrative support to programs and clients.
This includes completing tasks such as data entry, office management, and financial administration. The successful candidate will work in our Yarraville office with the potential to work from home one day a week after 3 months training.
- Relevant experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills including strong customer focus for internal and external clients
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Discretion and integrity in maintaining confidentiality and privacy
- To provide effective and efficient administrative support to OzChild programs and its clients.
- To complete program specific and general administrative tasks as required.
- General office management; financial administration support and vehicle fleet management support as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role including a strong customer focus for internal and external clients.
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in operating office reception telephone console.
- Ability to maintain discretion and integrity in maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
- Experience with financial processes in relation to invoice processing and reconciliation.
