About the role
We have an opportunity for a 5+ years PQE lawyer to join our Corporate team, working on M&A, private equity investments and cross-border transactions.

About you
To be considered and succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years PQE in corporate advisory or mergers and acquisitions within private practice
  • A client-focused approach with a keen interest in achieving great outcomes for clients
  • Exceptional drafting skills and an eye for detail
  • Ability to think independently and learn new concepts quickly
  • Participation in activities that build teamwork and relationships
