Healthcare Associate Opportunity
Kennedys is recruiting a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Healthcare Associate. This role involves assisting with a mix of complex healthcare and medical malpractice files across a range of clients, including medical defence organisations (MDOs).

As a genuine team player, you will develop and maintain excellent client relationships by successfully executing marketing/business development and training activities.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' post-admission experience in defendant medical malpractice and/or healthcare work preferred
  • Strong drafting abilities with a natural flair for providing advice and negotiations in both straightforward and complex matters
  • Run own caseload under supervision
